WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
We make every effort to ensue that items are dispatched in full working order. We test all items before shipment, and subscription codes are provided on an individual order basis, so that they work when used or entered. However, if you receive our goods defective, there is warranty and return policy to protect your rights.
Warranty
Most of the items are guaranteed by the manufacturer for one year.
With IPTV subscriptions we suggest you have a free trial to test on the equipment you intend to use prior to purchasing and installing, as once a full subscription has been used it cannot be accepted as a returned item.
Refund
A request for a full refund on an item purchased must be made within 31 days of receiving the item. For defective items outside the 31 day return period, we will access the condition of any returned item within 3 days of receiving the item. Depending on the condition of the returned item we will offer you a refund, or have the item repaired or replaced, whichever is the most appropriate solution.
Return Policy
1. You must return the item using a valid tracking number and request proof of posting from the service provider.
2. We only accept products in their original packaging & condition. We are not responsible for any breakages, scratches or losses caused by poor packing, unreasonable laying, or misuse of assembled parts. Items received without their original packaging or accessories, or not in good condition will not be refunded, but will be repaired or replaced as appropriate.
3. We must be advised of your intention to return any item to us prior to you dispatching the item and provide us with a reason why you intend returning the item as we may be aware of software upgrades or other fixes that will rectify the problems you are encountering. Email admin@simplesats.co.uk prior to any return. We will give you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, which should be marked clearly on the returning box. A box without a RMA number is not acceptable and a refund will not be issued.
4. Returns should be made by a mail postal service, or a national courier service. There must be a tracking number which can be traced on a related website. You are responsible for arranging insurance to cover loss or damage to the item being returned.
5. The Customer is responsible for the return postage and Simplesats take responsibility for the return of repaired or replaced items.
6. We reserve the right to void the warranty and return policy if we find the operating system or other software has been incorrectly updated or installed, with exception to pre-installed apps and other pre-installed software.
7. Customer returns must be sent stating your contact information and return address. We are not responsible for any customer returns marked with an incorrect return address or do not get delivered to us for any reason.
